Where I stayed
just passed through...
We got an early start and arrived in Louisville around 11:30. We walked around the city for a while, saw the Ohio River and all the great horse sculptures on the street corners. Our main attraction to Louisville was the Louisville Slugger Museum and Tour. Bryce was in HEAVEN. All those bats...
I have to admit it was very cool to see the history of a baseball bat and the fact that they were making the major league bats as we walked through the factory. The tour guide was also very entertaining.. I think his true calling was a sports announcer..
After talking to the good ole Kentucky boys at Mammoth Cave we decided not to stay in Louisville.. so on to Big Bone Lick State Park.. No Joke..
