turned up in the tiny tiny town of susice with nowhere to stay = tourist info centre say no and we are left to fend for ourselves.
one very expensive mobile phone bill later and having murdered the czech language, we are all sorted, in a penzion. we are so excited by the huge room offered to us and our own private bathroom, that we dont care that we have made the owner with a broken leg walk up the stairs.
promptly, we start watching the tv which we claim not to have missed watching in the least, and although it is entirely dubbed in czech, we dont let this worry us and start making up our own commentary and storylines instead.
still, we cant find a laundry so give up and try some handwashing - hands are now too sore so we laze about before attempting the 16km walk a day later than planned - the buvar brewery can wait another day.
walk was great along the old river-logging channels, until we decide to head up hill for 4km in the blazing midday sun = to top it off jules then spots a creature we shall not name and i have to leg it away as fast as possible - who said i was tired?
another bonus, finally we find an internet place... in a pub, obviously, beginning to think this place makes sense afterall.
