I love this poem as it relates to this trip.   Here's a bit of a summary:

   I will go before you
       and will level the mountains;
       I will break down gates of bronze
       and cut through bars of iron.

My father will prepare the way for us to go once we're willing... for what he wants to say to those we meet is...

   "Turn to me and be saved,
       all you ends of the earth;
       for I am... and there is no other.
