I am traveling with 3 other undergraduates Julianne, Kayla and Allison and 12 MBA students. I have 2 teachers Barry who was my finance teacher and LBL my project management and Operations management (as well as favorite) teacher. I am rooming with Julianne who I have gotten to know well over the last four years. We have been split up into "pods" or groups of four to help Barry and LBL keep track of us. (There are 4 pods of 4). Every time we have to have a head count, each pod is in charge of their members, I am the leader of my pod. The first couple of "pod checks" I would respond "undergrad pod complete" but upon further reflection and group consensus we changed our pod name to "recently graduated pod". In addition we have the "adult pod", "the tall and short people pod" and the "no name pod".

As Barry has found out one of the problems with traveling with a large group of 17 women is that someone always has to use the ladies room. This creates a huge line and a delay in our schedule, (in recent days we have gotten better at this). After each activity (or before we get on the bus or off a plane) there is a massive rush to the ladies room leaving Barry standing there watching our bags.

As part of our final deliverable, my "recently graduated pod" is doing a presentation on the tourism industry in China. Over the course of the trip we have to gather information and personal experiences to put together a power point after we return to the States.
