Day six: Today we rented another ATV to tour around. This new ATV was no Gloria. She was red and her name was Robin. She didn't have the same kick to her as Gloria, and had difficulties going up hill. However that didn't stop us from drive over 120 miles all over the island. We saw almost every port and beach while we drove along the whole length of the island. At the ports we saw the traditional brightly colored fishing boats and got to walk out along the pilings. During our tour, we came across some secluded road we should have other wise not found. There was one farm and instead of having a fence he used old object to construct a barrier. For example, there were old doors, flower pots, a car hood and an old oil barrel. When we got to Oia, we stopped and had lunch at a restaurant over looking the whole island. We split fresh tomato, mozzarella and basil. For lunch Chad had stuffed port and I had a salad with grapes, raisins, pine nuts, steak and a honey yogurt sauce. After making the long drive home, we showered and packed a picnic dinner and headed back up to Oia for the sunset. By the time we reached Oia, Robin was on reserve gas. We had tried to stop at a handful on gas stations on the way up but it being sunday they we all closed. We though we were going to be stranded up in Oia unable to get home. However we were able to buy enough gas off some guy to make it home ok. We found a secluded spot onto of a sand piling to watch the sunset and eat dinner. Naturally right before the sun began its decent down, both cameras ran out of battery however we were able to take a few snaps. It was the most beautiful sunset both of us have ever seen. On the way back we winded around the mountains looking down at the island. It was truly magical
