I arrived in Davao airport at almost 11am and directly checked in for my my flight to Manila is 11:50am. Something has changed in the arrangement of the airport. Before, I couldn't buy any items from the shops once I passed through final security check point. Shops were located before security point. Now, they changed it and the tourists have final chance to buy items before finally leaving the city.
Emerald Durian. Durian smells so nasty and most airlines never permitted to bring it on board. Many durian delicacies were sell on the shops but sorry, I didn't like most of them because it tastes more on sugar and the durian was just a flavoring
International Airport, Terminal 2. I arrived in Manila at almost 2pm. From domestic arrival area, I headed to the elevator on the right wing near International arrival. The elevator will go up to international departure area. This airport was not crowded unlike in Terminal 1 because this port was only for Philippine Airline international flights. No counter opened for early check in so I waited up to 4pm. Everything goes well in this airport, no long queue in the counter and immigration. I only need to look for every counter because there was no sign on where I have to check in. Sign boards were not working.
My flight was 18:25pm to Bangkok but it almost departed at around 7pm. The pilot had announced, that four passengers were on board but not part of the flight. How come? So they were struggled locating their baggage and removed them from the aircraft.
We landed in Bangkok Airport after three hours of travel. I then immediately went to immigration to start with a long queue of Koreans.
From the airport, I rented a limousine which costs THB600 to bring me in Orchid Resort, 5 minutes drive from the airport.
