From Munich to Nuremberg is a nice short drive and luckily Germany doesn't use road tolls (They are so efficient they don’t need tolls…hehe)! We chose a nice little campsite just outside the city! After going for a walk we also discovered we were next to the Football (soccer) stadium and the Hockey Arena. On our first night there was a football game and Nuremburgs local team has one hell of a following! The cheering was intense and we could hear it all from the campsite…pretty fun! The campsite was very nice except for the fact that it was surrounded by acorn trees and we were constantly in fear of our lives! Lol…well just getting a bump on the head! We did get a few nice donks on the camper but it survived. One thing we did notice…no squirrels…very odd!

We explored the center of Nuremburg on day 2! Nuremberg is famous for being the city where Hitler condemned the Jews and lots of other crappy stuff so obviously it was bombed to hell in World War 2. Very little of the original buildings remain. The walls to the center of the city are still there in most places and the churches are still being rebuilt in certain places but they restored the city very nicely and it still has an older feel to it. The center of the city is pretty small and can be walked around in an hour. Outside the walls is a very industrialized city which we didn’t take to much time to see. In every German city there is a Hauptmarkt. This is the town square where there are usually marlets and exhibitions going on. They were selling lots of fruits and veggies and handmade stuff. Its fun to see what each city has to offer. We bought a spatula (scrambled eggs) and some fruits!

So we have had brautwurst and currywurst and everywurst possible in the past few days! We decided to splurge and went to a snazzy Chinese restaurant for supper! This is only worth mentioning because I ate the biggest most delicious eggroll I have ever had ever!

We will be coming back to Nuremberg but for now on to Stuttgart!!!!
