I left the hostel at 10am to catch my 1pm flight from Miami to San Pedro Sula, I thought I would try a save a few dollars and catch the bus there, after boarding the M bus I started to realise that it may be a mistake as the M bus takes you halfway around Florida before dropping me at the mount Sinai hospital bus stop to connect me to the airport bus, so I get to the airport about 12.05pm and I'm told ive missed the boarding of my one o/clock flight, bullshit, they could easily get me on the flight as the airport lines weren't busy like normal today, so they probably already sold my seat, I was then told I would have to pay $160 usd extra to get on the evening flight, in my mind I spat in her face, whilst keeping a smile in the real world.

After waiting around doing nothing for 7hrs I boarded the flight to hunduras, the gates next to mine had one flight to Kingston and next door had one to montego bay and wouldn't have minded flying 'home' right then.

The start of the flight was marred by a brat of a kid screaming and kicking the back of my chair because he could see a plane out of the window, and another ( more kicking and screaming) and another.. He was being encourage to piss off everybody on the plane by his dickhead parents who found his antics funny, I unleashed 3 big imaginary gobs of spit in their faces too. At the end of the flight I was very happy to see brat kid in pain and tears because he was either scared or his ears hurt him with the pressure change,

So in San Pedro Sula I got a 12 dollar taxi to the Hostal tamarindo. It is quite good and in a nice enough part of the city to wonder the streets at night, I choose the time to skateboard and set off loads of dogs barking behind their fences and strange looks from the shotgun armed security guards who seemed to be at every good skating spot.

The hostal tamarindo seems like the place where people stay at after leaving Utila and to get out of Honduras.. I met a couple of travelers with great tips for what's up ahead in my plans.. And the town its in isn't interesting as its just a gateway town, so during the day with nothing to see and which was too hot for skating I checked out the air conditioned malls and bought a ticket to watch Indiana jones new film.

My Spanish is pretty crap but i'm noticing that I'm retaining a lot more words now with every venture into a Latin American country, but as a result of some memory blanks under pressure I get a nervous smile especially when I'm trying to order something, but this it seems works to charm the young Honduran girls working there, it looked like it worked so well on one girl from KFC that she wanted to come and sit with me whilst I ate my food. I rejected her unproffesional offer but noticed her smiling stalker face staring at me throughout..
