This morning we were supposed to get up at 5:30 am and walk down to the cliff tops and walk along to the bench at Henderson Beach and watch the sun come up, however, the battery on my mobile died in the night and when I awoke I thought, "it's a bit too light". It was about 7:00 am, I woke Robert to let him know that we'd missed the sunrise and that he could have a lie in...
We got started on some jobs today, Robert got the second car running (still some stuff to do to it) and checked the level of the water tanks and repaired the pump so he could transfer water between tanks. I was shown how to clean the hostel rooms and get the laundry done. For lunch we had the fish that Jen & Len gave us yesterday, it was really good, then in the garden we pulled this weed, called Tiho, from a tree. It's a parasite that grows all over the plant and wraps itself tightly around it eventually choking it to death. It was quite satisfying. I then cleaned the living room whilst Cath made dinner.
After dinner I checked the photos and wrote this.
