Sorry we took some time to write, we haven't spent too much time in our 5 star hotel...
For those who missed the start of the story, we have been booked in the Beach Rotana hotel in Abu dhabi as a going awy present from my lovely collegues at Jobs.ie...
The flight from Dublin with Etihad irways ws brilliant, the plane looks amazing inside, you can choose the movie you want to watch, you can also play computer games (u have a remote control that chnages into a joystick),and you can create your own playlist out of the music albums they have stored...our flight was supposed to lst 7 hrs, but it lasted a good 12 hours... there was too much fog in abu dhabi so we waited and waited, and then had to go to al ain to refuel nd come bck to bu dhbi..
When we checked into our hotel, I think it was the first time they saw backpacks..there is always someone trying to help you,they're always knocking at your door asking you if you're ok (?) and even calling you to check That you're happy.a bit too much sometimes!
Our room was perfect, there is even  bar in the pool..just look at the pictures!

We went to the desert in a jeep, went dune bashing and camel riding..the camel didn't like me much but at least he didn't spit at me like he did at Mark.. Finished up the day with a arabic bbq and some shisha...The sand was so fine I think I still have some left in my teeth!
