Got up super early for an early flight to Chicago. Today is DD's 7th birthday. She knows she and I are going to American Girl in Chicago, but what she doesn't know is that my neice and her DD are going to meet us at the airport for a big surprise!

And she *was* surprised too! We were so very happy to see our family members (they flew in from San Francisco). We took a limo to the hotel, Wydam Chicago, which is just a couple blocks off of Chicago Ave (Miracle Mile).
