Stopped in at a cute Salon du Thé, called La Passiflore and had a slice of peach tart & Mariage Freres Earl Grey French Blue tea. I sat by the window, and on the sill were some decorating magazines. How perfect! The tea was fantastic, and I really enjoyed my time just relaxing and thumbing through the magazines.

I couldn't wait to get into the house. I went in and started exploring. The smell got to me quickly. It's not a bad smell per se, but whatever it is, I made sure I opened the windows.

I rummaged around and took pictures of the different areas. My first thoughts were, "Oh my God," and I was a little freaked out. The place is just so bad. There's a bed (box spring, I think) on it's side, photo developing chemical containers, and enough spider webs for a great haunted house just in the kitchen alone. I won't even describe the toilet.

I rather enjoy the attic. I just have to ignore the pigeon poo and spider webs hanging down from every surface. There are treasures to be had in there though. The old ladder is cool, and there are some nifty tin and enameled buckets.
