Well, I went to The Phillips Collection the first time I went to Washington DC. Unfortunately, it was a long time ago, and I don't remember it! :( I do however remember seeing Renoir's "Luncheon of the Boating Party." It's such a beautiful painting.

One of these days I'll make it to the Hirshorn. It's an odd looking museum, but is supposed to house some incredible modern art.
