A short 2 hour drive and we arrived at Darrens parents house in Wauchope just out of Port Macquarie. Not much was done in our visit here, a lot of relaxing and whilst Darren did some maintenance on the car, I wandered around town. I gave Darren a reverse Mohawk, which we decided was not the way to go, so I just shaved his whole head!
On the Tuesday we drove into Port Macquarie and saw some whales off the coast. They were quite far away and if you could spot them with the binoculars, they were breaching and jumping right out of the water, it was quite spectacular.
Next stop, Byron Bay!
