This weekend was a bit of Phoenix related fun. On Saturday I was an extra in a video for Wellington band The Phoenix Foundation. The video is yet to be released so I can't say to what extent I will be visible in it and how silly I might look. Good fun though.

On Sunday me, Helen and the kids went along to the Wellington Phoenix finals match against Newcastle Jets. What a game! 32,700+ fans were there in the baking sun to see them fight their way into the preliminary grand finals 3-1 in extra time. Now for Sydney FC. They've come a long way in the two years I have been watching them and it all looks well for next season. Wish I could say the same for Boro :-(
