Info to come when I'm not so tired to think and type... sorry
Oh by the way researched the meaning of the Robinson surname today ... 7th century Anglo-Saxon! Hey ho.
So we left Eugene and headed along the Willamette Highway following the river and an old wagon trail through the hills. Today's destination is Crater Lake and boy when we get there it's pretty impressive... it's huge and so blue it's mental. (Oh and a bit windy!)
Afterwards we head back towards the coast having passed into California to camp in the woods among the massive redwood trees ... it was cold ... sea mist!
But such a great experience, it's great to have left cities behind and be in nature and bonus camping out. Yippee!
