Hey folks, I'm back. Ron's wedding was out of this world last night. We had another 8 course meal of Chinese and Japanese food. There was a magician, live band, amazing flowers. The bride changed outfits three times at the wedding and also sang live. There was a slide show of pics from when both the bride and groom were babies up to the present and video clips of family members back home who couldn't make it (a must!) We are heading to Taipei shortly and definitely up the 101. We are still getting spoiled here. Everyone kept asking my cousin and myself if we were models which was funny, and EVERYONE wanted their picture taken with the two token blondes. You will see what I mean when I post pictures. We may end up on the internet or some billboard. There were 400+ people at the wedding, everyone brings cash and they write how much you gave in a book (some traditional Chinese weddings actually post it on a big chalkboard) and they are at the bank now cashing it all in, hoping to cover the cost of the wedding! Cracks me up. My cousin knew about 20 people there. Crazy stuff. It was fun feeling like a rock star for a night. It is not a bad thing to be a minority all the time. Maile and I were given bouquets of roses, but we gave them to these 11 year old twin girls we met (our biggest fans). They plan to e-mail us in the future, their English was pretty darn good. We thought someone swiped Maile's camera, but it turns out they took it by mistake and she got it back. Umm, I would try to describe the cars we have been riding in and our hotel rooms, but words would not do it justice. We were (literally) in a pimp's suite last night with 3 porn channels. Hey, at least my blog entries aren't boring....
