On the way to Rome we stopped off in Sienna, a beautiful little town that has a horse race around its main square every year (very dangerous because they stuff everyone in the center of the square and the horses run on the outside). We visited the Duomo and the town hall and then headed on to Rome. We did a walking tour of Rome before heading to camp. We saw the Peoples plaza, Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, ruins of the Roman Forum and the Colloseum. We went in to the Colloseum which was amazing, both the size and the fact that its still standing. We headed back to camp via PT, because we were not too far away and had a quiet night.
