When we crossed the border on foot, after immigration we were instructed to walk 150 meters to the "bus terminal". We arrived to find a few food stands, and a single bus parked on the side of the road. Apparently that constitutes a terminal! This old US school bus took us the next leg of the journey, to Puerto Cortez.
