Woke up around 9, had a shower, then ate a banana at breakfast, to be incredibly specific, and then went on the internet for a while, to check in at home. Time to buy some more clothes! Went into town, which is essentially a market under tar-pooling and I bought 2 very classy (...) polo shirts and spray deodrant (wow my Diary was very specific) from the market and we then went for lunch at a place called Koala Cafe. Which is recommended in pretty much every travelling book, Lonely Planet etc.
In store for more travelling as we boarded the private bus at half 2, I used this time to finish my book and just chill and take in the views, and we arrived in Sucre at half 5.
I'm sharing a room with Lauren again, and played cards with Kim, Lauren, Michelle and Rickie as we waited for a little meeting from the hotel's tourist rep. There is so much to do here, and it's time to decide how I want to spend my time. I decided to go Horse Riding and one of my ultimate favourite things to do, Rock Climing.
We then went to another restaurant recommended by the tourist guides Joy Ride, which turns into a great bar and Lauren and I both ordered a side order of garlic bread with our pasta... not realising our pastas already included TWO garlic bread pieces anyway and then we were each given a basket FULL of garlic bread to eat! It was a challenge and we did well and gave it to everyone else to leave us with one each- SUCCESS.
Exciting times ahead in Sucre!
