The benefits of urbanisation..

Because some people showed interest in pictures of Barbados, I shall throw in a few random ones from the recently-completed Boardwalk on the south coast of the island

Starting on Rockley [a.k.a. Accra] beach, this thing runs for just over a mile and has been seen as a very positive addition to the area - not only because a lot of people like to walk up and down to take in the scenery, but because it's also added a lot more beach area where there was only rocks before. It's proven to be a very popular spot for locals and tourists alike.
