A van picked me up after 13:00 and took me to the bus. The bus left at 13:45 and got to Sihanoukville before 18:00. I got a moto to drive me to Ochheutal Beach for $1. There I looked for a room, but most places were full. I chose the GST Guest House right across the beach. The room was $12, two double beds, fan, TV, and private bath with cold water. Nothing fancy. The single rooms were $8, but they were all full.

As I was leaving my room to get some food, the two Aussies, Miles and Ed, were checking in. I waited for them and then we went for supper. After food we went to look for the other Aussies guys that I already met in Phnom Penh. We found them and the six of us proceeded to get drunk.

In the morning I went to look for different accomodation. I ended up staying right next door at Ochheuteal Beach Side Bungalows because the room there was nice and had A/C for $15 (also TV, fridge and private bath with cold water). Then I walked across the road to the beach. It's a nice beach with lots of reastaurants, but dirty. I decided to go to another beach which I heard was much nicer.

I took a moto to Otres Beach for $1. It was a 5-10 minute ride. Otres Beach is much nicer. It has nice sand and water, it is clean, lots of restaurants but it is quiet. Not a lot of people here. Much better to stay here during the day. I spent the day swimming, tanning, eating and having fun. There are lots of tauts here too but most of them are fun.

In the evening I found the Aussie guys again and once again we had a good night. It ended up being just Miles, Ed and me because the others were still feeling sick from the night before. I wouldn't see the other three guys again because they'd be still sick the next day too.

The next morning I went back to Otres Beach again and did the same thing as the previous day. Later in the afternoon Miles and Ed showed up too.

There is amazing seafood in Sihanoukville, both Ochheuteal and Otres Beach. I don't normally eat a lot of seafood, but that's all I had here. It is really fresh and very cheap. BBQ fish, prawns or squid with chips is only $3 at both beaches. I also found a place at Ochheutal Beach that had an all you can eat BBQ for $6 in the evenings; this included fish (barracuda), prawns, squid, oysters, chicken, beef, ribs, chicken kebabs, potato salad, coleslaw and garlic bread. I ate here twice. The draft beer was only $0.50 during supper time.

I once again hung out with Miles and Ed in the evening. I didn't get drunk this time though, as I had a bus ticket to Ko Chang, Thailand for the next morning. It was $23.
