We made it to Fortaleza after an overnight bus ride. Now we are tired, slightly broken (especially my fat feet) and waiting for our plane tonight at 8 pm. Fortaleza seems past its prime, and its a little cloudy- but we will be moving along soon enough! Went to a contemporary art museum with a video of someone sawing apart poor stuffed animals- in the half delirious state we were in- bizarre. Contempory art is often puzzling to me. But then we fell asleep on a wonderful dock with breezes coming 360 and that cheered us a bit for sure!

the day before yesterday (in Natal) we went on an all-day dune buggy tour. What fun! Wizzing around(we wont talk about the environmental effects...) on these dunes overlooking the ocean, sitting in Lagoons drinking Caipifrutas made from berries they collected around the dunes and hiking through a pristine river passing kids bathing their donkey (with a lizard on its back)watching the sun set over a rainy season only lagoon(now just vivid green) and being pushed across a lagoon on a boat by men with big sticks.

It was a wonderful day. We got tons of pictures (like the blog picture) and will upload them asap.

Send me emails or comment on this:-) I also want to hear from you!!!!

Amazon here we come!

heeyy youu 2
way to go on a buggy ride, bet that was fun.
Liv is laying here next to me sleeping like a baby and I just finished another movie, boy I been watching movies like my life depended on it, I've seen so many, just within the last week I watched Role Models, Paul Rudd is in it and McLovin ;-), then I watched Stranger than Fiction a Will Ferrel movie, transporter 3, how to lose friends and alienate people, which is actually a really nice love story about this english fella who's tryin to make it in the US as a journalist, Simon Pegg is the guy (from Hot Fuzz, Andi knows that) .
If I had your e-mailadress I might actually consider writing you, but I don't so I'll just keep posting comments.
Besides watching movies I exercise a lot, here at home or at my PT session that I have every other day.
I think about the both of you, being all far away in Brasil, take care. Love

Wow, Kia and Andi!
What adventurers you are! I love the way you write about your travels ... I can practically smell the surf and sand. I can't wait to hear about the Amazon!

I love you!
