Hey.... Hey.... Look at me arn't I Kewl!

The infamous phrase that is now used by the all the staff and guests at Hostel Elf in Prague. Why are they all saying it now?

Well, after a massive night out in Prague that boasts to have more clubs per square kilometre then anywhere else. All the other hostel guests were sitting around having breakfast and discussing what museums they were off to marvel in for the day. Mr Kewl who hasn't really been out alot in full character for a while, waltzes in at 1030am with a bunch of other guys and they say KEWL.

Of course everyone looks up at us at which point we tell them the museum trips are cancelled and that everyone is staying in today to have a party. The receptionist opened the bar and the beer began to pour. The music began to crank and the kewlness filled the room.

I'm not quite sure what happened next, but we had an awesome day and no one even left the hostel. What i do remember though is that night and next day everyone was coming up to me and saying, ''Hey.... Hey.... Have a look at me arn't i Kewl?'' It seems in my state i had convinced everyone to dress up and look as ridiculous as possible.

(The photos will help tell the story.)
For those of you who don't know what the word Kewl is all about remind me to show you some videos when i'm home and you'll soon understand.

Hostels are fantastic i have enjoyed staying at every one of them. The people i am meeting are great in their own unique ways, everyone has a common interest in travelling and i have a deeper appreciation for the Village Peoples Hit YMCA. lol

Everyone is on their own path and for different reasons, some, actually, alot are escapists and others are executives, some choose to eat canned food the whole time they are away and others choose to eat out everynight. Some carry heaps of luggage and a guitar with them everywhere they go and think everyone wants to hear their songs. While others have only the clothes on their back, a very open mind and no idea where their next dollar is coming from.

I have wanted to stay heaps longer at alot of the places i have been but know i need to keep moving. Their is another city waiting for me to get lost in and not alot of time left now.

`The trick to life is not to be in the know, but to be in the mystery´

Yours in Kewlness,

Mr Kewl
