Fes is known for having the biggest medina in Maroc, and it is pretty awe-inspiring. We spent minimal time in there however, as the medina is also know for aggressive touts and being excessively easy to get lost within. We liked what we did see, picked up a few souvenirs (although this was outside the city walls, from a 'travelling' salesman) and we were on our way to our next destination fairly on in the day.
