We were very glad to arrive in Granada.
Not only had we read amazing things about the chai houses, free tapas, bohemian vibe, lingering influences from North Africa and of course, the Alhambra. But, also, Fiddy was now starting to act most egregiously. Now fearing that he wasn't going to get us back to Stuttgart, let alone make the end of the journey, our arrival here was very welcome and we took a few days break to work out our options.
We loved all of the aforementioned aspects of Granada and more. It was an amazing little city, with so many interesting aspects and the people there were both funny and charming. A nice way to take our minds off of what we had been dreading – having to drive back to Stuttgart prematurely due to car problems. We were worried, but hoped we’d make it – and we set off trying to remain positive with a pretty sound plan on how to make it all work (as well as about 10 other back-up plans).
(p.s. I don't care if the title makes no sense)
