Onto the capital city of what has become one of our favourite countries on this trip, we had Belgrade pegged as a Party Mecca and a destination we were now really looking forward to. Unfortunately Tuesday night, as with many places in the world, wasn't quite pumping - so whilst we did check out the Splavs (which are quite cool) and got a taste of Turbofolk (which is quite....noisy....) - we didn't quite get the best of Belgrade.

We did get to see the museum of Nikola Tesla, who is one insanely impressive dude (seriously, google him) as well as eat a giant ass pancake filled with mushrooms (Ann practically pee'd herself). We also encountered something even more annoying than a 19 year old kid from Oxford falling over himself, and that is the most vicious mosquitoes in the world hovering around our tent by the river.

Further worthy of mention is the Federal Association of Globetrotters, one of the coolest bars we have seen to date - yet still crazy cheap. As well as our camp site companions, the Dutch-boys, and the amazingly "speedy" "taxi service" provided by our pal Marc- Serbia, I do love you sometimes.
