Feeling like a little R&R was in order; we took our weary bodies and souls to Nin, covered ourselves in mud and went for a dip. Apparently the minerals in the ground heal all that ails, and the locals have been doing it since the town was an outpost for the Roman army. Not too certain it would work, but willing to try anything to soothe our aching backs from sleeping on inflatable mattresses for the past month, it was an interesting way to spend a day at the beach.

In between the beauty sessions, we also found time to visit the big city nearby, Zadar, and catch one of the coolest things ever – a sea organ. They also had some amazing gelato and we ended up at one of the best bars we'd seen on our entire trip. A place called The Garden, owned by none other than some of the original members of UB40. All a little odd and totally awesome.
