We would now like to introduce you all to our newest travelling partner, a wonderful addition to our family, and the toughest little car with pink, grey and aqua blue interior (not to mention fucking cool) - Fiddy Centro...

Whilst most people would travel for months through Europe in a campervan, or perhaps a VW Caddy, as we may have originally thought to do ourselves, we have instead decided to (I personally think its fate), gone with a 1993 Fiat Cinquecento - a car normally reserved for 20 minute trips to the local store. To give you the scoop, it is an Italian made car - the only to be solely manufactured in Poland - and features a hair-raising 900cc engine which does not break through the 40hp threshold (something capable by most ride-on lawnmowers). It has a sun-roof and power nothing (the sun roof opens by manually turning a knob on the car ceiling). An amazing interior, as previously described and pictured below, 2 doors, 2 front seats, a steering wheel and enough space in the back to almost fit our luggage. It does have a new MP3 CD stereo, with a completely necessary remote control. At 5L/100km, it uses less petrol than a horse and carriage.

I loved this car the moment I saw it, and after 3 weeks of incessant whining, ranting, convincing and proclaiming that it is the perfect vehicle to travel Europe in no less than 3 month stints at a time, Ann finally agreed that she might be willing to give it a test run to Monaco (for the F1).

Decked out with a portable gas stove, curtain, fold-up mattresses, pop-up tent, sleeping bags and an abundance of other creature comforts, we are ready to roll!...

(wish us luck)
