The baggage restrictions coming out of Heathrow are quite ridiculous, especially for the traveller who's trying to take his worldly possessions halfway across the planet. I had to leave behind my guitar, and some jeans and jackets to ensure I fit the luggage limit. How is that far that someone who possibly could be 30kg heavier than me, still have the same baggage limit (not that i'm saying theirs should be reduce, but mine should be increased!).

I'd never met my friend in Malaysia before, Kooi. We worked together in Nestle but we've only ever talked over the phone or over MSN. But doing server rebuilds in the funny hours of the night for long hours, gives you a chance to get to know him, and he's a very cool guy.

At the airport in KL, I had a brain explosion, and went with an unlicensed taxi dude who was trying to rope in tourists as they left the arrivals gate. I had to wait 10mins for his 'mate' to turn up with a taxi, and we'd settled on a price before getting there (how much worse is this going to get??). The driver didn't know where the address was, so he offered his mobile so that I could call Kooi. After many exchanges of phone calls between the driver and kooi, we eventually found the place (Nestle office, Petaling Jaya).

Ok, so there's the introduction. Please take a moment (or a while) to go through the photos for my little take on things.
