Just a short ways out of Vina del Mar lies the verdant vinyards of Casas del Bosque, a fairly recent entry to the Chilean wine scene, but by no means a lightweight. We were surprised to find that they also have a restaurant on the property, but Monday it is closed... so we enjoyed the wine tastings, guided by pleasant Natalia, and then headed to Con Con on the coast for a seafood lunch. I think I spent as much time photographing the sea birds as I did eating!!
