Yes, we had only planned on hanging out in Boulder for a couple weeks. But once we were there, it was hard to part ways and say our good-byes. Plus, there was a huge fire still happening, we hadn't had a chance to fully pack our things from the house and - well, STS9 was playing at Red Rocks. We decided a short extension would be well worth it.

And it definitely was a good way to say our good-byes. Thievery Corporation opened up for them and seriously played their hearts out. STS9 also put on an amazing show - and the stretch Hummer Limo wasn't so shabby either. It was definitely a great night to get everyone together to share lots of good dancing moments.

Our trip to Colorado was incredible, and I definitely realized how lucky we were to have such an amazing group of friends in Boulder and around. But we did have to hit the road to make the trek back to the East Coast to finally visit my family!
