So, at long last, I am updating my travelogue. This trip actually took place 25-28 Nov. with three friends of mine, but I have fallen a bit behind in updating (as you can tell).

We stayed in a youth hostel in Brussels the whole time, but took the train to Amsterdam (3 hours) for a day. The cities were similar, but I have to say I liked the atmosphere in Amsterdam better. The people were friendlier, I was impressed that they spoke five languages, and the canals through the city were very nice. The only downside was the clouds that hovered above us all day. Still, we enjoyed ourselves.
