I'm here! Was a pretty good trip overall. Got fed way more than I was expecting. Woke up this morning around 5:30am local time. thought that was actually pretty good, much better than waking up at like 2. So far today I've only made it to Komono High school and the super market, which is closed till 10. Starved, I still managed to find food! Saw a cute little shop that people were coming in and out of, so decided to risk it and go for it. It was an onigiri shop with amazing onigiri for very cheap, about 150 yen. I got a salmon one, ordered for myself in Japanese and paid. Walked back to Mike's and had breakfast. So far not a very eventful day, I'll have more pictures and stuff up soon after I figure out what I'm doing, re-cram 3 years of Japanese, and actually walk about and take the pictures. Everything's so beautiful I don't know where to start! But to begin, here's pictures of flight food, the Yukon/Alaska/the North Pole and we flew in, and my delicious first meal!
