We woke up this morning after a very windy night with a troop of ducks around the kombi. Of course John had to feed the ducks and next thing we knew there were 4 turkeys also hanging around and of course John had the duck inside the kombi by then end of the morning.

We moved on to check out the rest of the island and headed down a dirt track at very slow speed to find the lovely Hanson Bay which was beautiful - very white sand. We then drove out of the dirt track (very slowly) and headed to Vivonne Beach which has been declared the best beach in Australia. John and i couldnt see it, it was lovely but wasnt the best we had seen (although it was an overcast day and very windy) on a nice day it would have been nice.

After checking out Vivonne Bay we decided to head to Seal Bay where we had a great afternoon watching Australian Fur Seals playing and sleeping and talking all around us! They were awesome (they have also claimed the nicest beach we have seen) There was the skeleton of a small southern whale amongst the seals as well.

After this we went hunting for another bay but with the first 3 kms being of corrugated road we decided not to put the kombi through the pain and we turned around and headed to the main town and arrived here this afternoon.

Its raining a little bit but isnt cold, so we wont let that stop us and we will head out tomorrow in search of more treasures
