Went for a bike ride this morning around the town. We asked the guy at the caravan park if it was a long ride to Mornington and he said no - i even asked if it was flat and he said yes. However after riding for about 30 mins we still hadnt reached the town - we did manage to reach a massive hill which nearly killed me (i only made it half way up). So we decided to turn around and drive to Mornington and lucky we did! The hill turned out to be a massive mountain that slowly creeped around the hill and was not only steep but would have been pretty dangerous knowing how wobly i am on the pushie!! and it was still about 20 mins away in the car let a lone on the bike!!

After checking out Mornington which was very busy we drove to Cape Schanck - beautiful view and another nice walk (check out the staircase!)

We then drove around to the other side of the peninsula and checked out somewhere to stay tomorrow night and probably the next night as well.

PS - Happy mothers day all the mums (in particular my wonderful mum! xx)
