After a couple of months of working is was off to Palma, Majorca for a couple of days in the sun for Damo's bday. After a couple of hours travel to Stansted airport (the tubes were out that morning - typical - so nearly missed our bus to the airport) we arrived after a 2 hour flight to the warmth of Majorca. It was off with the jeans and jumpers, into the swimmers and down to the beach.

For Damo's bday we hired a bike each and headed along the coastal bikepaths to the centre of Palma to see the Cathedral and the huge boats that lined the marina. After a 15km bike ride we headed back to our hotel and down to the other end of the beach to a huge outdoor beer garden full of German travellers. We forgot it was Octoberfest time so these guys were in full swing and we decided after dinner to head back there. But we were so tired after over 20kms of riding so headed for bed instead. We are party animals.
