12 people aboard a yacht invited by Sir Cliff himself found themselves all under suspicion for the murder of Jose Ferreras the deceased captain of the ship.

Love affairs and entanglements seemed to be the key but as the story unfolded of crooks and pirates; money seemed to be the more obvious root of evil.

Sir Cliff was implicated but fiercely defended and escaped squeaky clean as expected and the villainous captain fell to his own demise through his own foolhardy crooked dealings.

It was Peggy Spinster with her false leg that did him in but not by her own fair leg but with John Fosters help ; Cliff's right hand man who refused to let any smirch befall his idol.

Paul Passion and Ivor Campalot helped to make the deceased look bent in more than one way plus a string of amours Ida Accidenta, Lady Margaret and Ruth Trumans were lusting after the captain as well. Ken Jones a bit of a villain and Bob Fraser the taxidermist were only interested in the captain's money and the quiet and shy Olwen (numbers) Anon turned out to be quite a magician with the accounts.

But Chief Inspector Kay Coppit and Detective Sargeant Colin Pratt soon pin pointed the murder weapon as being Peg's leg even though they accused the wrong person!

The food was excellent provided by everyone and the wine flowed to make it a jolly evening enjoyed by everyone.

Anyone fancy another murder soon?
