Now in Amarillo. Waiting for a limousine to come and pick us up and take us to the The Big Texan Steak Ranch where you get a free 72 ounce steak if you can eat it all in an hour!! If not you have to pay 55 dollars.

OK. Been to The Ranch. It was fantastic. Every sort of steak imaginable. So tender you could cut them with the chips - sorry - fries. As for the 72 ounce ones. Not for us. 

It hasn't rained in Amarillo or most of Texas for 3 months and they are on a serious drought warning. So what did we bring with us from England - the rain!!!!! It is pouring down.
