I had an amazing, extremely memorable two weeks.  I learned so much, saw so much, and experienced so much.  It was unforgettable.  And I made many wonderful friends.  

But it is awesome to be home.  There is no place like home, after all.

Just read through your blog entries Katie. Now that was a trip to remember! Would love to go to the Galapagos islands someday. Have you planned your next trip/scientific expedition?

Thanks for reading my blog! It really was a trip to remember...still can't believe it wasn't a dream. What a unique opportunity. I plan to go back to Galapagos one day as a tourist, and really see it all. It is an incredible place, and I hope you guys get down there too. Don't have anything planned in the near future research-wise, but who knows! Hope to see you all soon - I'd like to come to Winnipeg for a few days in June when Lindsey in back and before you guys head off on your European adventure!!
