I wake this morning to heavy rain, make myself a coffee and start reading... I cant put it down and before I know it... it's mid morning!  I decide to take it easy today and look at the things I want to do, see and travel arrangements... its a slow process but I'm getting sorted!

Singapore is such a fab city and although I've already extended by a few days I've decided to stay longer... having spoken with Natasha and Michael and read the huge amount of info they very kindly gave me... time is not enough and so using today to sort out various bits and bobs I have again extended my stay... I feel quite at home here.. the hostel, the surroundings, the culture, history and the shops!!!  I'm loving it!!

I also decide while "researching" to also catch up on laundry... always a chore but it has to be done!

I've also caught up with both my mum and sis... (sis... remember you're on skype video.... I'm going to need therapy, lol!!!)  and also quite a few friends... so good to catch up on your news including congratulations on the baby news Mr CP.

I do pop out for a bite to eat before coming back and sorting those last few lose ends... all done!!

Today has just disappeared and I've decided to stay put... as it happens my favourite man is on... X Factor USA has started and I'm able to get my long awaited fix of the lovely Mr Simon Cowell... he is looking good! :)  Oh how I've missed him!!!  Sad but true!

This really does remind me of back home.... never a dull moment... one chap in a rather fetching lose silver outfit sings one of his own songs... "I'm a stud" and with that dropping his pants to revile the "crowd jewels"... ouch not a good look... glad I wasn't eating!  Only in America! Sorry guys!

Other than that not too much else to write home about... until tomorrow where I have another fun packed day...

There are four official languages here in Singapore - English, Chinese, Malay and Tamil and so....

Goodbye, zai jian, Selamat jalan and poitu varaen
