Yep, I said "et" and that's how you spell that too (look closely at the photo). We were ahead of schedule so got a hotel room - the hot shower and bed was amazing. I slept like a stone hitting the grass.

The road's been kind to us - good weather, good eats (or ets I suppose) and mostly nice folk. (The woman at the burger place was not the nicest woman I've ever m............et.

We're here now near Chicago for 2 nights, first gig tomorrow night. Check out tempestmusic.com to see if we might be playing near you!

We picked Lief and Brian up at O'Hare - I got stuck with that drive too. Plus my key needs a lot of love before starting the frickin van. New kid on the block stuff I suppose.

Had a great dinner Qdoba - I'd recommend it if there's one near you.

Not much exciting stuff to report and after two days of long drives, I reckon that's a good thing.

(Wait is that cowboy talk or midwest talk? F___ if I know! Them f--------- here talk all kind of f----- ways. Oops sorry, band talk).

Ha ha - you were worried I would come back all alcoholic and bad lipped, weren't ya?
