Here, Kaf and Madge have scored a room on their own so have decided to spread themselves out.
Kaf, being the typical virgin traveller, had to try everything out as soon as she got there.
Once settled, they headed out
First on their agenda - Bourbon Street or, as Madge has suggested, Kings Cross on steriods.
Kaf befriended a leprechaun before indulging in a number of beverages.
Kaf appears to like her drink a lot. Maybe a little too much. Think she may have been a bit unsteady on her stick after that one. Lucky she also had some yummy Gumbo to soak up the alcohol.
On the street, Kaf takes a liking to the horse drawn transportation.
Val, of course, also takes a liking to the same horse. OMG Val, it's a horse not a man. Or is this as good as it gets in New Orleans.
Also wandered down to grab a glimpse at the infamous Mississippi River. Woo hoo! - going on a paddleboat down there tomorrow.
