Up at 5am to catch our 7:15am flight to Paris. A one km taxi ride to the aiport ended up costing 15 euros because the taxi had to be called...and we didn't even have time for breakfast or coffee.

(Note to self: what were you thinking, booking such an early flight??? Don't ever do that again!)

Our flight from Florence left late but we made it to Paris in time to half-walk/half-run from Terminal D to Terminal E.
