Although the Superbowl is not the same here in Ireland as it is back home, my friends and I still wanted to try to have a somewhat homey Superbowl Sunday... SO... we decided to have a little party/celebration and made some American-style football foods to eat and celebrate, even though we weren't going to watch the game. It was a good time, and we were able to hang out with our other friends who went to Brussels and Amsterdam this weekend! We shared stories from our trips, looked at pictures from theirs and ate A LOT of food. We were sooo full by the end of it! We had Nachos, Pizza, Fries, Potato skins, Chicken nuggets, mini meatballs with bread to make a mini-sandwich and of course all the necessary sides such as salsa and ketchup. We STUFFED our faces full of this food and by the end of the night we were completely full, satisfied and finally ready to catch up on sleep!! When I came back to my room I skyped home and was able to talk to all of my family, aunts, uncles cousins... everyone! It was sooo nice and fun to see and talk to everyone :) So, this Superbowl Sunday may have been a little different than those past, but it was still a good and fun one :) Good food, good friends, good family, so, a good night<3

Also, I got a Valentine's day package from the Beeler household courtesy of Aunt Colleen which I loveddddd<3 Happy Valentine's Dayy! I've already eaten half of the chocolate... YUM<3 THANK YOUU<3
