After the 4 hour layover; quick plane ride and 40 minute train ride, I finally make it to Munich. It's drizzly and chilly. I check into my Hostel (4you) and decide well I'm rested and I should see some part of Okto I mean Munich.
I orient myself with mappage and of I go. Oktoberfest is insane. Work with me on this. County fair rides and roller coasters combined with 7 beer tents selling 1L beers. You can only imagine what this place looks like at night. I get no beers because in order to get beer you have to be at a table: Surprise no room at the inn. I start heading back to my hostel and stop by a "regular" beer tent on the streets of Munich. I enjoy 500mL beer and a brezl (pretzel). Apparently the pretzel is the food of Munich. Back to the hostel I go.
I get to my room and a new person has checked into the room. She's from Switzerland. Her name is Jennifer and she's here for a working holiday. We chat for a bit and I hit the hay. It's probably only 9:30 in the eve. I'm just exhausted. I get awoken qround by 2 loud girls stumbling into their beds. Oi

Hello international traveler
It's good to hear of your journeys and overall it sounds like things are going smashingly well with the exception of a few boisterous youths. When will you hit Paris? I thought this was scheduled at the beginning of your travels.
Look forward to hearing more...
