So, we packed everyone in the cars and drove to Bristol. We arrived at 5pm and it was perfect timing. All of the people who were visiting the waterpark and who arrived on buses were exiting the park en masse! There was hardly anyone there at all and the weather was cool and sunny! We basically had the park to ourselves! Apparently, it was the first weekday of the summer season but many schools are still in session.
I rode every kiddie ride that I was tall enough for. I also went on the flume with Mom and Auntie Laura. I didn't care so much for the big bump but I liked it overall. I wanted to try some of the bigger rides but I was too short, even for the pirate ship. Mom, Auntie Laura, Kathleen, Mary, and Dzidziu hit up Boulder Dash several times. Mom calls it a beast! I won't be tall enough for that for several years. I also went on the ferris wheel with Mary and Dziadziu.
After a superbe visit to Compounce, we went to the China Buffet in Watertown for Hibachi and sushi... yum!!!
We said goodnight to Mary and Kathleen and decided that we would go back to Quassy on Friday!
I went to sleep knowing that tomorrow would be a fun day because Uncle Patrick would be arriving soon!
