Well, I just booked my flight to Ottawa. I will be flying from Waterloo Regional Airport. With tax, the flight cost me $249.31 on Trillium air. Pretty good rate! Flying Air Canada would have cost me about $150 more and I would have to make my way to Toronto and fight the crowded airport at Christmas. AND I HATE CROWDS. I'm glad I won't have to do that. My dad will be picking me up at the Ottawa airport and I will be staying with my aunt and uncle who live in Stittsville. It will be nice to see them, even if it is for a short bit. My flight leaves Waterloo Regional Airport at 4:40 and I should arrive in Ottawa a little over an hour later. I will try and catch a bit of shut eye while I am up in the sky, but I am usually glued to the window, especially since we will be flying so low.

Most of you know me pretty well, and know that I get VERY excited about the littlest of things. You can't possibly imagine how excited I am. Every time I chat with my brother, I ask him many questions about what activities I am able to do. Not to mention the question of snow!! I was so worried that there would not be enough snow. They are having a blizzard now (DEC 10) and I couldn't be happier!!! SNOW!!! I think there will be plenty of snow when I get there to do everything I want to do! YIPPEE!! I also asked him if he had any cute friends!!

I only have to make one trip to the LCBO before I go to pick up the essentials. Booze, alcohol, hooch, liquor, spirits, the juice etc...you name it...I am buying it! FYI...we are not a boozehound family, you just need a permit to buy it there, and it is tres expensive. So we will all be bringing some up.
