Well we had a long drive, but found a good place to stay. We have stopped in Yreka many times... At the restaurant "The Purple Plum", we have eaten there about every time we came by.. Right across the street is a Best Western. Mom, you remember the one we really liked last year?
About all we saw today in the line of road kill, was soon to be road kill.... A little squirrel in the emergency lane (apparently having a emergency)... And a dear eating on the side of the road... I sure hope they both made it through the day...
