It was requested that we go here as there were lots of surf shops with trendy kit in and also you cannot come to Australia without going surfing and this was the place to do it!! We hired wet suits and boards and headed off to the beach. It was fab fun, some had more fun than others and some had considerably more bruises than others but the day was great and even though I only caught one wave, it was exhilarating and I now understand why people rush to the beach whenever the waves are up. Watch this space Llantwit……..
SOME people swam at every opportunity and as you can see by the photos it was not that warm, but I suppose compared to the UK it was!!
